The Complainant has been operating in Canada since 1917 and owns numerous registered IBM-formative trademarks. The Registrant did not respond to the Complaint. The Panel found that the Domain Name was registered in bad faith because it used fake registration details, including those belonging to the Complainant. The Panel found that the Domain may have been registered in an effort to advance a phishing campaign.
